We are an event photography company (EventPhoto) that decided to become a dealer for various products geared to the event photographer. Our entire staff works in the event photography industry! We have had more than our fair share of stressing out at events, just like YOU! We continue to work as event photographers and have extensive first hand experience with every product we sell. With our continuing experiences in the field we will have the answers when you have a question - give us a call!

What is your return policy?

We will accept unopened returns within 10 days of sale date. Opened merchandise is subject to a 15% restock fee (manufacturers do not allow dealers to return open merchandise so we are forced to sell it as used equipment). Sorry, since we do not charge for ground shipping, we will have to deduct the original shipping cost from your refund. IMPORTANT: No returns are accepted after 11 days from the date of sale. If you have an item that is defective we can exchange it if we are notified within 5 days from the date of sale. Call us at 1.270.781.4070 and we will issue a RMA number. Software and Special Orders may not be returned - all sales final.

How can I place an order?
|

| Domestic Orders - If you don't feel ok placing an online order, you can call us with your credit card number for the fastest service or you can mail us a check and we will ship your order as soon as we receive it. International Orders - Please contact us for our bank wiring information. We require you to wire the funds to our account and supply a freight forwarding company to ship the product back to you. Unfortunately we will not accept Credit Cards for international orders due to past incidences of fraud with fellow dealers. You work honestly with us and we will do the same with you!! |

How do you ship?

We ship via Fedex or UPS ground services. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we require a signature for delivery. Most shipments are processed and shipped if received before 5:00pm Central Time. If you would like to ship overnight or second day air let us know. Most ground orders are delivered with 1-3 days (depending on your location).
