What is your rental policy?
- We only charge for usage days not shipping days.
- We will ship you the printer in time for you to test them with your system to confirm that they arrived in good shape. We expect you to ship them back the first business day after your shoot. This promptness will ensure that we can get them back, checked out and off to another client in time for their next gig. Any extra days delayed will be charged as extra days.
- All equipment needs to be returned in original packaging and insured for replacement value.
- We test every piece of equipment before shipping it out. It is your responsibility to check the shipment on arrival for damage and report it to the shipping company. Also, any damage to the equipment or missing parts are your responsibility. If we find that the equipment is not returned in the same condition we sent it out we will charge you the repair costs to fix or replace it.
- All shipments must be returned via UPS or Fedex. No post office!!
