She began her career in 1986 opening a family business, Shutterbug Photo Mall, a full service lab and camera store serving South Central Kentucky in Bowling Green, KY.

Eric is inspired by his joy and passion of photography. He specializes in capturing the emotion of every event. Eric has been around photography all his life, inspired by his Grandfather who made photography the family business in 1921. Eric always strives to deliver the best and is only satisfied when you are satisfied.

Brandi Hoots is a native Kentuckian whose lifelong love of photography sent her to Western Kentucky University to study Photojournalism in 1998. Her photographic career has included both studio and event shooting, and covered everything from seniors to sports. Brandi has been working in professional photo labs since high school and understands the industry from both the creative and the technical side. In 2006, she joined Shutterbug Photo Mall as our Customer Care and Service Representative for Labtricity & Darkroom customers throughout the United States and Canada.
